On-Call Consulting Services for Regional Early Action Planning Grant (REAP 2.0)

OCCOG announces the release of RFQ 0001-24 for On-Call Consulting Services. OCCOG is compiling a bench of qualified consultants to provide professional consulting services in support of OCCOG’s Regional Early Action Planning Grant (REAP 2.0) Subregional Partners Program (SRP) projects. OCCOG expects to include up to 8 firms as part of the consultant bench. OCCOG has been awarded $3.15M to complete this work. All work will support the goals of the REAP 2.0 grant program including affirmatively furthering fair housing, reducing vehicle miles traveled, and promoting infill development. OCCOG expects to issue the first task order prior to the end of the year. All work related to the REAP 2.0 SRP program must be completed no later than June 30th, 2026.
